Tricia was excellent to work with! She provided guidance when needed and a sounding board as we navigated a major move from PA to Ohio! We decided to build a house in an Epcon Community and since we were far away during the building process, Tricia made a point of stopping by the house to check progress on a regular basis and sent videos so that we could see what was happening!
