At our very first meeting with Steve it was clear that he was VERY knowledgeable about market conditions in our area and best strategies to achieve a sale. Most importantly however was the kindness, understanding, and patience Steve showed us throughout the process. And…he was there every step of the way, so easy to reach with any questions we had. It really seemed that Steve took a personal interest in selling our home and putting us at ease throughout it all. We were so very pleased at how quickly Steve sold home.
