Domenic came highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed! Certainly a 5-star performance for real estate services that greatly exceeded what you might expect from a real estate agent. We felt that our real estate needs were both unique and demanding, and Domenic and his team rose to the challenge. Exceptional service from start to finish! Dominic and his team were highly recommended by a friend who also had an outstanding experience selling their house. We were selling a significantly outdated family member's house and didn't want to put the time and effort into a major overhaul. Dominic gave us advice on fixes that would require minimal time and effort that ended up returning double our investment! The house sold within three days for more than we had anticipated. We had a complex home sale handled for us by Dominic and his team. They did an excellent job handling all the issues that we ran into regarding the property. I was Poa for my brother's home who unfortunately passed away in the middle of the process. At that time my Poa was no longer in place. Dominic helped walk me through all the obstacles we faced throughout and we thankfully closed yesterday.
